A) dealano s.r.o., a limited liability company having its registered seat at Zadunajská cesta 3685/6 851 01 Bratislava, Slovakia, Identification no.: SK2121968761, https://www.deliveringlimitless.com, processes your data with due care, in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, in particular with the regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter the “GDPR”) and the Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on the alteration and amendment of some acts as amended.

Storage period

dealano s.r.o. stores your personal data only if it is legally permitted and necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected, however, no longer than 3 years.

Right of access dealano s.r.o. offers you access to your personal data we process.
